Each time we return to do a delivery to Andriy and Olena in Tarascha, it’s like visiting family. This brother and sister team work tirelessly on their own time to distribute aid in their town. The refugees there are from the eastern parts of Ukraine, displaced from their homes, hopefully not forever…
