Tarascha

Andriy and his sister Olena now seem like old friends of ours.  We first met them over a year ago, and we look forward to seeing them every time we head to Ukraine.  They run an aid distribution center out of their house and garage, dispensing aid to refugees living in the area.  They both speak English, and Olena is even an English teacher in the local school.  They work tirelessly to help out in any way they can.

As we were saying goodbye, he surprised us with two beautiful paintings, one done by his mother and one by his sister, as gifts to bring back home with us!
